The health benefits of WALKING are extensive, backed by years of scientific research and include weight loss, pain relief, improvement in quality of sleep and increased energy levels. It also boosts immune systems and heart health, reduces stress and extends life expectancy.
With that in mind, please joinus in the 2022 edition of ‘Stepping4CP’, a unique event in which you walk at your own pace, record your own distances and through the kind support of friends, raise funds for Benola’s Cerebral Palsy Advocacy Campaign.
It can be conducted alone, in small groups and at your own pace (a few kilometers a day), with the most important thing being that, you enjoy yourself, get moving and post your progress on Social Media with hashtag: #stepping4cp.

Finally, please tag Instagram@benola_cpi as you share your progress. Between 1st and 5th October 2022, each participant will receive a personalised Certificate of Completion.
