My prefared language of Choice when discussing sensitive and technical matters has always been English, so when Olusegun Sanyaolu, an On-Air-Personality at Alausa Radio, a Community Radio serving staff of Lagos State Government with the old and new Secretatriats at Alausa, Ikeja, called to request that I discuss Cerebral Palsy on his Yoruba Language Program, I knew it would be a tough call but I gladly accepted because of the need to share the Benola Vision for Cerebral Palsy with those at the grassroots. And that's how I found myself on - Thursday, 13th October 2016, from 02:00pm - 3pm, at Alausa Secretariat, for an lightening and most interesting show with a well informed vision impaired gentleman and his equally vision impaired group of very lively friends. Together they made me feel so at ease discussing life generally and disability in Yoruba thereby setting me up for a near perfect on air performance!
