About yesterday, Tuesday, 17th December 2019 - Christmas Outreach to Ikorodu General Hospital: We left home bright and early, picked a couple of friends along the way and arrived Ikorudu General Hospital at 11am, right on schedule to meet @beadgod and some of our CP Families waiting for us. The warm welcome by Mr Sogbanmu, Head of Physiotherapy Unit, who stood in for the Medical Director was most impressive and it persited all through our visit as every member of staff warmed up to us. The CP parents at the Physio Dept and later, the Out-Patient Clinic were also very happy to see us. To crown it all, 3 of our CP Parents who came with their children (aged 34,12 and 5yrs) took turns to share their personal experiences and encourage the parents. Our dear Funmi Shenkoya Ogunromade (Friends of the Deaf) a surprise appearance in her Unique Chrismas dress and added so much colour to our visit. In all, it was a fun and memorable to the Children at Ikorodu General Hospital!
