Some of you may have heard about Steptember, an online campaign using exercise to raise funds for Cerebral Palsy research in America.
This year, we start our own version of this unique concept with the brand name ‘#Stepping4CP’, where you get to run your own race, at your own pace and build your own distance covered as you go.
It's primarily a walking/running event, but feel free about how you complete your distance, be it roller-skating, swimming, cycling, wheelchair racing etc.
However, in recognition of the need for Social-distancing, we are running it as a virtual event to be completed at your own pace, over a period of 25 days, with the most important thing being that, you enjoy yourself, get moving and help raise awareness about Cerebral Palsy by posting your progress on Social Media using the hashtag #stepping4cp.
To sign on, simply tag Instagram@benola_cpi or WhatsApp Benola Admin: 08170973349 with your picture and the words: '#STEPPING4CP, I'm in for 1km, 5km, etc.'
Finally, on 1st October 2020 each participant will receive a personalised Certificate of Completion.
