Earlier today, at Airforce Primary School, Victoria Island, Lagos, Team Benola, led by Prince Moses aka @realpandafitness1, Certified Fitness Instructor and motivated DJ Mighty, had a great Zumba Session as part of Benola's activities marking World CP Day 2023.
Indeed, it was a highly invigorating workout session which left everyone tired, but fully refreshed.
